Article Processing Charge
MJEL is an open-access journal. To support editorial processing, copyediting, layout preparation, DOI registration, online hosting, and long-term digital accessibility, the journal applies an Article Processing Charge (APC) only for manuscripts that have been formally accepted for publication.

- Peer review fee: IDR 0 / USD 0
- Article Processing Charge (after acceptance only): 110 USD
The APC is requested only after the manuscript has successfully passed peer review and has received a formal acceptance decision. Payment of the APC does not influence editorial decisions, peer review outcomes, or publication priority.
AMJEL is committed to equitable access to publication. Authors with demonstrated financial constraints may request a full or partial waiver. Waiver requests are considered independently of the editorial decision and must not affect the fairness of peer review.
The APC covers services such as editorial administration, manuscript processing, copyediting, typesetting, DOI registration, website publication, and preservation-related support. The journal does not charge hidden fees.
Authors who wish to withdraw a manuscript before acceptance may do so by written notification to the editorial office. After acceptance, withdrawal requests will be handled according to the journal’s editorial and publication ethics policies. Requests concerning published articles will be addressed through correction, retraction, or related post-publication procedures where appropriate; such matters are governed by scholarly integrity rather than by commercial penalty.
