Focus And Scope
Focus and Scope of Argael Publisher Library
Argael Publisher Library is a digital academic library, scholarly publishing catalogue, and knowledge repository managed by Argael Publisher. The platform is established to document, preserve, organise, disseminate, and enhance the visibility of credible academic and intellectual publications produced by authors, researchers, lecturers, students, editors, professional organisations, and educational institutions.
Unlike a conventional periodical journal, Argael Publisher Library primarily focuses on scholarly books, monographs, textbooks, reference works, edited volumes, conference proceedings, research reports, institutional publications, academic translations, and other knowledge-based works that possess educational, scientific, professional, cultural, or societal value.

Editorial and Academic Standards
All submitted works are subject to preliminary administrative and editorial assessment. The assessment may include an examination of the manuscript’s scope, originality, structure, academic relevance, argumentation, language quality, citation accuracy, reference consistency, authorship integrity, ethical compliance, and copyright status.
Where necessary, manuscripts may undergo substantive editing, language editing, reference checking, similarity screening, layout preparation, metadata development, or further expert assessment before publication. External review may also be applied when required by the nature of the work, institutional agreement, or publication category.
Acceptance for inclusion in Argael Publisher Library does not depend solely on the existence of an ISBN, DOI, or institutional affiliation. Each work must demonstrate sufficient academic, educational, professional, cultural, or documentary value and comply with the editorial requirements established by Argael Publisher.
ISBN, DOI, and Bibliographic Metadata
Eligible publications may receive bibliographic and digital identifiers in accordance with applicable registration requirements. An ISBN may be assigned to a qualifying book edition or format, while a DOI may be registered for eligible digital publication objects through the appropriate registration mechanism.
The assignment of an ISBN or DOI is not automatic. It depends on the type of publication, documentary completeness, editorial approval, publication status, metadata accuracy, and the rules of the relevant registration body.
Each published item should, where applicable, include structured metadata such as the title, author or editor, institutional affiliation, publication year, publisher, ISBN, DOI, language, page extent, keywords, table of contents, academic synopsis, citation format, and access information.
Access and Distribution
Argael Publisher Library provides public access to bibliographic metadata, publication descriptions, academic synopses, keywords, tables of contents, author information, and available preview materials. The level of full-text access is determined by the copyright, licence, and commercial status of each publication.
Certain publications may be available through open access. Other books and monographs may be accessed through individual purchase, institutional procurement, subscription, printed-book ordering, or direct request to the Argael Publisher administrator.
