About Argael Publisher Library

Argael Publisher Library is a digital academic library, scholarly publishing catalogue, and knowledge repository administered by Argael Publisher. The platform is designed to document, manage, promote, and disseminate scholarly and intellectual publications in a structured, responsible, and discoverable manner.

The collection includes scholarly books, monographs, textbooks, reference works, edited volumes, conference proceedings, research reports, community-engagement publications, academic translations, and other relevant intellectual works. Each publication is presented through a dedicated page containing bibliographic metadata, author or editor information, publication year, publisher, ISBN, DOI where available, page extent, keywords, table of contents, academic synopsis, and recommended citation.

Aims and Scope

Argael Publisher Library seeks to broaden access to knowledge, enhance the visibility of scholarly works, improve publication traceability, and provide an organised digital record for authors, lecturers, researchers, students, librarians, professionals, and the wider public.

The platform accommodates publications from a broad range of disciplines, including the social sciences, humanities, education, economics, management, agriculture, technology, computer science, health sciences, law, environmental studies, language, culture, and interdisciplinary fields.

Access for Readers

Readers may freely access bibliographic information, publication synopses, abstracts, keywords, tables of contents, author profiles, publishing information, and available preview pages. These materials enable readers to assess the relevance, scope, and academic contribution of a publication before obtaining the complete work.

Full-text availability is determined by the copyright status, licence, and access policy applicable to each publication. Certain works may be openly accessible, whereas selected books and monographs may only be available through individual purchase, printed-book orders, institutional access, or subscription.

Readers seeking a complete PDF may contact the Argael Publisher administrator through the official WhatsApp contact displayed on the publication page. Following confirmation of the order and payment, the digital file will be delivered through the agreed communication channel. Prices, payment procedures, and access conditions may vary according to the type and status of the publication.

Manuscript Submission for Authors

Argael Publisher Library accepts proposals and manuscripts for scholarly books, monographs, textbooks, reference works, conference proceedings, research reports, and other academic publications. Submissions may be made by individual authors, author groups, editors, universities, research institutions, professional organisations, or other institutions holding publishable scholarly works.

Each manuscript is subject to administrative screening and editorial assessment. The assessment covers relevance to the platform’s scope, structural completeness, originality, coherence of argumentation, language quality, reference accuracy, authorship integrity, and compliance with publication ethics.

Manuscripts that do not yet meet publishing standards may receive editorial assistance from Argael Publisher. Available services may include substantive editing, language editing, citation and reference checking, manuscript restructuring, typesetting, cover design, metadata preparation, and the production of files for print and electronic publication.

ISBN, DOI, and Publication Identification

Authors may consult Argael Publisher regarding ISBN applications, print and electronic publication, copyright-page preparation, bibliographic metadata, catalogue-page development, and DOI registration for eligible publication types.

ISBN and DOI serve different identification functions. An ISBN identifies a particular edition and format of a book, while a DOI provides a persistent digital identifier for an officially registered publication object. ISBNs and DOIs are not assigned automatically. Their assignment depends on editorial assessment, documentary completeness, publication type, and the requirements of the relevant registration authority.

Editorial Policy and Publication Ethics

Argael Publisher Library upholds originality, academic integrity, source transparency, information accuracy, copyright protection, and responsible authorship. Authors must ensure that submitted manuscripts are free from plagiarism, data fabrication, falsification, unauthorised duplicate publication, and infringement of intellectual property rights.

Authors are responsible for obtaining written permission to reproduce copyrighted images, tables, instruments, extended quotations, illustrations, or other third-party material. Where a violation is identified after publication, the publisher may issue a correction, update the metadata, withdraw the publication, or take other measures proportionate to the nature of the violation.

Copyright and Permitted Use

Copyright remains with the rights holder identified in the copyright statement and publishing agreement. Readers may use publication materials for educational, research, and reference purposes in accordance with the applicable licence.

Digital files obtained through purchase or subscription may not be reproduced, resold, redistributed, uploaded to another website or repository, or used commercially without written authorisation from the publisher and copyright holder.

Privacy and Data Protection

Names, email addresses, telephone numbers, and other personal information entered into the system are used exclusively for publication administration, order management, editorial communication, access provision, and user services. Such information will not be sold or disclosed to third parties for commercial purposes without the consent of the data owner, except where disclosure is required by law.

Digital Preservation and Discoverability

Argael Publisher Library seeks to maintain continued access to its collections through metadata management, file backup, publication identifiers, and the regular maintenance of catalogue pages. Accurate and consistent metadata are developed to support discovery through search engines, library catalogues, academic indexing systems, and relevant bibliographic services.

The presence of an ISBN, DOI, or publication metadata on this platform does not automatically guarantee inclusion in every indexing service. Indexing remains subject to the criteria, policies, and technical processes applied by each external service.

Institutional Collaboration

Argael Publisher Library welcomes collaboration with universities, libraries, research institutions, schools, professional organisations, government agencies, academic communities, and other institutions. Collaborative activities may include book publishing, conference-proceedings management, digital collection development, institutional procurement, licensed access, manuscript editing, and the enhancement of publication visibility.
